Reports to:  Program/Project Manager

 

Supervises: N/A

 

Education required: Bachelor’s degree or an additional three years of relevant technical experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's Degree.  A minimum of five years IT experience and industry certification is required.

 

Location:  Clarendon (Arlington), VA

 

Responsibilities:

 

Have expert experience in Windows 2000/XP operating systems.  Individual must have strong troubleshooting skills with various hardware and software applications (MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, IE, Netscape, etc.).  Individual must have a high level of expertise with Active directory administrations.  Additionally they must have a solid knowledge of utilizing TCP/IP in a LAN environment.  Individuals must understand DOD security policies and procedures.  Candidates will need to maintain a high level of customer service and possess excellent communications skills.

 

Experience, Skills and Background required:

 

A minimum of five years IT experience and industry certification is required.

 

Special Requirements:

Must be a U.S. citizen and must have a minimum of Top Secret/SCI clearance level.
