Administrative Operation Support (C657)
Locations: Middle East (One-Year Assignment. Tax
Exempt)
Reports to: Program/Project Manager
Supervises: N/A
Education required:
BS in relevant discipline such as
Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or BS/BA in
another discipline with extensive course work and experience
in relevant subjects. Four years of additional experience
(of which at least two years must be specialized experience)
may be substituted for the degree requirement.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the planning, organizing
and management of administrative services; establish plans,
policies and procedures as well as process actions for the
administration of personnel service support programs for
both military and civilian personnel; heavily involved in
actions affecting safety, security, awards, performance
reports, time and attendance, logistics and information
technology; manages and controls all correspondence and
manages property accounts; implements and ensures compliance
with intelligence community and DoD policy and procedures.
Experience, Skills and Background required:
Experience using Microsoft Office
applications. Knowledge of Government administrative
processes including procurement process, performance
appraisal process, timekeeping and other admin functions.
Must be trainable to use document scanners including
preparing documents for scanning. Must be capable of typing
60WPM or better with less than 5% error rate. Must be able
to carry 50lb load and stack material 5’ high. Must be a
skilled proofreader.
Salary: additional quarterly bonus (BAGHDAD only)
