Develop and support customer service IVR
(Interactive Voice Response) applications built on Edify. Work
with stakeholders to implement IVR enhancements, changes. Plan

trouble-shoot problems, administer the IVR's. Needs extensive
experience developing in Edify, administering Edify installations.
Strong knowledge of overall call center operations, systems and
environment. Good planning, design, and communications skills.

Develop new applications, support of
additional applications. Need experienced programmer/developer
with Visual Basic and Microsoft Programming, commitment to IT core
values, ability to work with and get along with others, business analyst
skills, Need: Microsoft Access 97 and 2000, Oracle, SQL, and VB 6.0.

Applies learned skills and technical
ability to prepare detailed construction drawings, topographical
profiles, and related maps and specifications used in planning and
construction of civil or other engineering projects such as highways,
river improvements, flood control, and drainage and buildings by
performing the following duties: Reviews rough sketches, drawings,
specifications and other engineering data received from engineering
staff, Interprets engineering data in order to complete assigned tasks,
complete detailed drawings from sketches, plans, specifications and
written/verbal instructions using CAD programs, plot maps and charts
showing profiles and cross-sections indicating relation of topographical
contours and elevations to buildings, retaining walls, tunnels, overhead

Needs experience modifying QCSI QNXT
product. Task to include development, testing and extension of the
QCSI QNXT 2.x product evolving to installation, maintenance and
extension for he QCSI QNXT 3.x product. Needs working knowledge of
Federal Medicaid and HIPPA regulations. Should also have experience with
.NET products.
Develop work flow and system
requirements, create data model for applications, develop detailed
design specifications for proposed systems or enhancements/interfaces to
existing systems, facilitation and coordination of developers for all
phases of software design, development, testing and system integration.
Needs B.S. degree in Computer Sciences, IS or equivalent engineering or
business related field. Experience with Oracle, ERwin, Rational
Rose and other analyst design and modeling tools required as well as
knowledge of thin-client and collaborative technical architectures and
technical environments, experience in all aspects of data management
methods and practices including data modeling, design of data schemas,

The candidate for this position will be a
member of the MHS Blades Deployment team setting up and installing
Egenera Bladeframe technology in order to house legacy MHS applications
currently hosted on Dell servers to be migrated onto Egenera blade
pServers. The MHS applications utilize a mix of technologies including
Oracle databases, Oracle application servers, and Oracle Grid control
agents. Virtualization and Bladeframe knowledge is a key technology
skill that is essential for migrating the MHS applications to the
Egenera blade pServers. Experience with VMWare GSX is the primary tools
being utilize at present for virtualization. In addition, the candidate
may participate in general operational issues and problems that may
occur in the deployment systems located at Military Treatment

and loading data on Cognos and other DataMarts. Needs 2 years
experience with Oracle SQL, SQL server, Cognos Decision Stream, Erwin,
Unix, Business Intelligence, ETL Techniques, Data Warehousing and
Dimensional Modeling. Position is located in Richmond, VA.
Will be supporting the Delivery Systems
Maintenance group with adding and editing light pole information from
joint use department and streetlight field surveys into GIS system.
Specific duties will include loading data into application, performing
quality checks on the data, and tracking progress through database and
spreadsheet use. Needs previous experience with GIS system
(minimum 6 months). Strong computer skills including MS Office
Suite. Position located in Richmond, VA.
Experience in mainframe and / or PC
applications programming, experience in Medicaid systems, supporting
Medicaid Management Information (system analysis and development), using
QMF and SPUFI, allocating Qued Storage Access method, data sets, IAM and
PDS, experience in MVS environment and /or Microsoft .NET and VB
environments, use of SYNCSORT, promoting system changes, system analysis
and designs, proficient in SLC methodology, experience in drafting
system requirements and writing DSD, designing test plans and creating
test cases, testing Medicaid and Medicare crossover electronic claims,

Methodology experience, Design Test Cases and Test Data for Business
Process Testing, Mercury Interactive Test Suite experience (WinRunner,
Test Director, Load Runner). Will ensure adherence to SDM 2.0 and
Test COE standards and documentation, ensure a testing methodology is
adhered to for all incident resolutions, service requests and release
management commitments, Design Test Cases, Test Scripts and Test Data
for assigned requirements and functionality, Document test defects and
ensure resolution of all defects prior to completing test phase, provide
a fully testes solution to incidents, service request, and release
management commitments, provide fully regression-tested solution for
PeopleSoft Deployments and enhancement to specific business
requirements, ensure all test conditions for scripts and expected

FUNCTIONAL EXPERTISE, NOT TECHNICAL is the key to staffing this
position.
Candidate must have more than 4/5 years of
testing experience, with a minimum of 3 years experience with Ab Initio
(either Test or Development). Must have demonstrated experience in UNIX
and SQL (Oracle is a plus).
Must have experience
with Mercury Test Director and Win Runner or Quick Test Pro. Candidate
will be expected to write and execute upon detailed Test Cases, write
